FGS Tile and Grout Cleaning & Restoration is a family-owned business specializing in revitalizing tile surfaces, ensuring they look as good as new. They offer tile and grout cleaning, repair, replacement, re-caulking, and natural stone maintenance. They provide high-quality solutions for bathrooms, showers, kitchens, and floors.
Over the years, FGS has grown organically, and I have played a key role in shaping its online presence and marketing strategy. I developed their brand identity, designed a secondary logo for watermarking and screen printing, and created classic yet straightforward business cards that effectively communicate their services and key business details.
To expand their digital reach, I launched FGS’s Instagram and Facebook platforms, showcasing before and after project updates, customer testimonials, and seasonal messages. In 2021, I revamped their website to enhance its functionality and user experience.
More recently, in 2025, I implemented SEO optimization strategies to improve their online visibility and strengthened their Google Business Profile. As a result, their primary location now ranks on the first page of search results, while their second location continues to gain traction.
